If samosa is the king of Indian snack then kachori is the queen. Stuffed with dal or onion, kachori is had with different accompaniments. Now, the trivia here is that kachori is a hot selling snack on the Eid mornings in most households in Delhi. Along with kachoris, dahi bhallas are also relished equally on Eid mornings.
