Caterspoint: Healthy bhi aur tasty bhi

There is an old saying that goes, when one door closes, another opens. At a time, when the pandemic has shut down many sectors, the home delivery business is growing and if they continue to meet the safety norms and can keep the pricing attractive, it is here to stay.

Fitness freaks had a tough time, initially, coping with the sudden halt on their healthy breakfasts that they were eating in their favourite cafes after sweating it out in the gym or a park. In no time the void was filled by the delivery services. One of the brands serving healthy breakfasts for last four years is Caterspoint.

I had the good fortune of sampling their dishes a few days ago and someone, who has recently taken to exercising, my introduction to Caterspoint could not have happened at a better time. If there is a way to describe the Caterspoint dishes then it is healthy, tasty and fresh.
With the emergence of food delivery aggregators, a series of kitchens came into prominence. Many of them competing on the pricing factor and in the process spicing up the dishes with not very high-quality pasta sauces and mayonnaise and above all putting Indian traditional spices in Mediterranean dishes.

Caterspoint likes to call it spade a spade, their quality of sauces is very good, and they like to spice it up with bell peppers and chilies. They make good use of jalapenos, olives, red cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, coriander and peanuts, among others. The chicken is barbecued and very tasty and healthy.
I sampled their Tossed Chicken Mango Kale – Sandwich, Barbecued Chicken Penne Pasta, Ground Nuts Sabudana Khichdi, Sauteed Chicken Mango Thai Salad and Cream Cheese Fruit Salad.
